Insanity is similar in intensity but the workouts range from 40-60 minutes. I found each DVD had almost the same exercises, I couldn’t tell much difference between them. T25 had a lot more variety each day. But you burn more calories with a longer workout. I also find Shaun’s demeanor in T25 is a little less drill sergeant than in insanity.
